Great app to support product

You can do without the app and find supplementary workouts online but if you can afford it the app makes a huge difference. The video library is a great tool. You may think that you are doing the exercise correctly but if you are not extremely familiar with the TRX you should definitely buy the app. I would give it five stars but the app feels a bit dated for the price.
