Wonderful application

I personally love the TRX Force App, its the ideal fit for me as I dont have a lot of time - I just hook it up to my door anchor at home and get going ! The reason why I subtracted a star is that in the Apps 12 week program, I had to stop halfway through because the exercises can not be done with the door anchor anymore. Other than that it really helps you get the best out of your TRX and yourself!
