Good Series of Workouts
Im generally happy with the app, but glad I didnt pay full price. Each workout is a great full-body effort. Having 12 weeks of workouts scheduled with demo videos and built-in timers is a good package. My main concern isnt the app itself, but the stretching movements at the beginning of the workout. Stretching cold muscles is a bad idea. Already seeing good results from the plan.
